Before joining the Bosovik Group, Max was instrumental in driving a company’s expansion, catapulting revenue from millions to record-breaking figures within just a few years. His journey started in the trenches of sales, where his relentless drive and sharp instincts set him apart. Off the clock, Max is devoted to his wife, Nina, and their three daughters, finding inspiration in family life as he aims to elevate both his personal and professional game every single day.
Hunter Blount
Business Coach
Hunter Blount is a Business Coach at the Bosovik Group, where he leverages his extensive experience in real estate sales, recruiting, and team leadership to drive exceptional growth for clients. Prior to joining the Bosovik Group, Hunter personally recruited over 550 candidates across various industries, consistently exceeding customer expectations with special attention to active listening and execution. A natural leader, he sold real estate while earning his MBA and served as Team Captain of his College Track and Field and Cross Country Teams, leading them to multiple Conference Championships and an NCAA DII National Championship. Hunter’s passion for mentorship and dedication to helping others achieve their goals are at the heart of his coaching philosophy. Hunter’s main motivator is his wife, Alissa, who he married this past June. Hunter believes that maintaining a servant mindset, along with other positive qualities, will help him continue building the best present and future for both his family and clients.
